How many credits does a message cost?
Credits are based on character count (1 Credit = 1 character). A 2-minute message uses approximately 1,500 Credits, a 4-minute message uses ~3,000 Credits, a 6-minute message uses ~4,500 Credits, and an 8-minute message uses ~6,000 Credits. One-time purchases are priced separately without using Credits.
What are script rotations?
Rotations automatically rearrange your script lines (e.g., A-B-C becomes B-C-A and C-A-B) to create variety for repeat callers. Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans get free rotations; one-time purchases and Starter subscribers pay a flat $6.99 fee.
What's remixing vs redos?
Remixing is adjusting timing and gaps between lines - it's always free because we don't need to regenerate anything. Redos are when you change the voice or music, which requires new API calls. Each plan includes a set number of free redos.
How long are my files stored?
File retention depends on your plan: One-time purchases get 30 days, Starter gets 6 months, Pro gets 14 months, and Business/Enterprise get 28 months. Make sure to download your files before they expire!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
